Thrive Unltd. is a leadership and wellness training company which is Native-owned and operated. It is located in northeast Oklahoma. The company’s primary focus is advocating and providing culturally competent solutions for mental, emotional, and behavioral health within Native American communities.
Jeremy Fields is the founder and director of Thrive Unltd. and, presently, he is spearheading the initiative, “Re:Define – Healing Trauma in Native American Communities” focused on bringing awareness to the lasting effects of historical/intergenerational trauma and its implications upon the Native American family structure. The initiative takes an in-depth look at the lingering effects of historical trauma and how it relates to mental health, family structure, social disparities, and cultural degradation.
Historical trauma, though not easily identified today, remains a tremendously influential force circulating throughout our communities. It is a leading contributor to mental health issues, emotional disorders, substance abuse and dependency, as well as the high suicide rates prevalent throughout Indian Country.

The goal of the seminar is to bring awareness and viable solutions which focus on improving the current state of mental, emotional, behavioral, and psychological health in the Native American population.
According to Jeremy, “Our communities are greatly in need of adequate measures for proactive healing. In order for our communities to thrive, we as a people need to heal. In order for us to heal, we have to understand what happened to our families and how it affected us so we can do things differently and better.”

Thrive Unltd. was founded in 2018 by Jeremy Fields, a descendent of the Pawnee Tribe of Oklahoma, Crow Tribe of Montana, and the Chickasaw Tribe of Oklahoma. Over the past 18 years, Jeremy has worked extensively as a leadership trainer throughout Indian Country. He is passionate about empowering tribal communities and specializes in facilitating internal (mental, emotional, psychological) healing for youth and adults. Having spent much of his career working directly with suicide prevention, substance abuse, and behavioral health issues, he has experienced first hand the power of culture and identity as time-tested, healing mechanisms.
