Erin Spain

Erin Spain is an epidemiologist for the Oklahoma Tribal Epidemiology Center at the Southern Plains Tribal Health Board. Most of the projects she works on include analysis and interpretation of data, but some projects involve presenting and collecting data and such like. She deals with numbers, let’s put it that way!

She was born and raised, through high school, in the suburbs of Indianapolis, Indiana where she developed a love for music, science, art, and sports. She graduated from Brigham Young University – Idaho in 2012 with a Bachelor of Science degree in health science. She then went on to get a Master of Public Health from Indiana University-Purdue University of Indianapolis in 2015. While science is her livelihood, she still makes time for music, art, and athletic adventures. “Always be learning and growing” is one of the mottos she embraces and strives to live by every day.
