The Southern Plains Tribal Health Board (SPTHB) serves the 43 federally recognized American Indian Tribes in Kansas (3), Oklahoma (39), and Texas (1) and reach out to urban Indian health centers in Tulsa, Oklahoma City, Wichita, and Dallas. The SPTHB serves the largest Indian Health Service (IHS) user-population area in the United States.
